Important Dates

  • Opt-Out Deadline

    Monday, April 13, 2026
    Receive no benefit from the Settlement. This is the only option that allows you to keep your right to bring any other lawsuit against PharMerica relating to the Data Incident. Opt-Out requests should be mailed and postmarked on or before April 13, 2026.

  • Objection Deadline

    Monday, April 13, 2026
    You can write the Court about why you agree or disagree with the Settlement or the Application for Attorneys’ Fees, Costs, and Service Awards. The Court cannot order a different settlement. Objections must be mailed to the Clerk of the Court, Class Counsel, Defendant’s Counsel, and the Settlement Administrator and should be mailed and postmarked on or before April 13, 2026.

  • Claim Form Deadline

    Monday, April 27, 2026
    The only way to receive a Cash Payment from the Settlement is to submit a Claim Form. However, all Settlement Class Members automatically receive Credit Monitoring. Claim Forms should be submitted or postmarked on or before April 27, 2026.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET
    You can ask to speak at the Final Approval Hearing on May 12, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET, about the fairness of the Settlement, with or without your own attorney.
